Discord gift cards are now sold in stores and online, Discord said Tuesday, Nov. 3, in a blog post. Once redeemed, the balance goes on the account and can be spent on Nitro memberships, Shop items, Server Boosts and in-game items from game shops. Discord told The Raytrace the cards work in all game shops.

They're sold in the US, Canada, the UK, France, Italy and Spain. US retailers include Walmart, Best Buy, Target and GameStop. They're rolling out at Micromania in France, Gamelife in Italy and GAME in Spain.

Availability varies by retailer, Discord told The Raytrace. US cards come in $25, $50, or any amount from $15 to $150; euro cards in €25, €50, or €15 to €150; UK cards in £20, £40, or £10 to £100; and Canadian cards in C$35, C$75, or C$20 to C$175.

A card works only in the country where it's bought and on accounts set to that country or region, though cards bought in France, Italy or Spain work in any euro country. Balances can't be spent in the iOS or Android apps, only on desktop or the web. Discord is looking to bring the cards to more countries in 2027.
